    Try the blackened salmon!! Oh my god!! It's the best!! I would say it was cooked better than 95% of the 5 star places that I have been to!! Just melts in your mouth.. I usually don't write the reviews but this was so great that I wanted to tell y'all!

    Best fried chicken I've had in years. My husband had the chicken parmigiana and enjoyed it too. The owner is a fantastic host and the waitresses are friendly and energetic. Glad we stopped on our journey through Illinois.

    When you come to David's you can expect great food and great service. I've been to David's many many times and can honestly say I've never even had a mediocre meal. I've had the seafood, the steaks, the pasta, the hog wings, and everything else. I've never been disappointed. This is a small place in a small town and the quality and service are big. I can honestly say that you won't find a better meal in Pontiac so why not go there now. If you're reading this review then you're looking for a dinner. Trust me...David's won't disappoint.

    We were really surprised by quality of the food in David's Food and Spirits. Grilled salmon with double side of vegetables was really good. Perfect service made us feel like we are regular customers. David is great. Thank you.

    The steaks are great, stir fry better, but you haven't lived until you try the hog wings! Wing special one night - hog and LARGE chicken wings are really good. Nice selection of beer. Desert is unique (mini candy bars from jar David brings around!!). Great throw back to the old supper clubs. Decor is worth a look.
